- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access or extract data
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
- Use outputs to provide regulated tax, accounting, legal, or advisory services without proper licensing
- Use the service in violation of applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
2. Ownership
You retain ownership of the questions and materials you submit.
We use them solely to generate outputs for you. We do not sell or distribute your content.
Outputs generated for you are licensed for your internal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise commercialize CPApilot outputs or any derivative works in any form. Any external sharing for non-commercial informational purposes requires our prior written permission and must include all applicable disclaimers and attribution.
3. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPApilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable output.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Harris County, Texas courts.
