1. No User-Initiated Refunds
Once a Brief or Research is delivered to your dashboard, the deliverable is yours and no refund is available.
2. Engine-Failure Auto Refund
If the research engine cannot produce a Brief for your question due to system or infrastructure failure, the system automatically issues a full refund.
The refund settles to your original payment method in 5–10 business days depending on the bank.
3. Disputes
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly via support.
